[OSM-newbies] service:alley or highway:residential?

Hello,

what are the correct tags for a road that
- is rather small (it's not large enough to fit two cars aside)
- it's it's asphalted
- is in the middle of a residential zone
- doesn't have an exit
- does not provide access to public buildings, but to private houses?

You can see two examples here:

- one is the small road in the middle of the map that goes west near
  the "V" of "Strada del Vino"
- the other goes south-east and is labelled "Piazza Dante" from the
  crossing with "Via Verdi"
