[OSM-newbies] That dam, lake and river

I'm not an expert on this, but my feeling is that the river disappears  
for a period of time, while the water isn't falling in height.   So  
you'd have river -> reservoir -> river.  When the river hits the  
nominal level of the reservoir, it stops.  When the water flows out of  
the reservoir over the dam, it becomes a river again.
