[OSM-newbies] Removing Waypoints from GPX

I actually was able to use the gpsbabel suggestion with success.  The Mac
GUI wrapper doesn't have the filter that removes waypoints so I had to use
the command-line.  Fine for me.  Also the command-line program cares about
the order of the options so if you put the input and output files at the end
of the command it won't work right, you have to put them in the order of the
documentation example.  I wasn't really going to do the manual text editing
thing.  :-)  If I was stuck I'd have tried googling for some vi tricks to do
it.
