[OSM-newbies] Proper use of "bicycle = no" tag

To my mind (and according to the Wiki), bicycle=no is rather
for legal restrictions, with the possible exception of a
qualifying tag of a barrier (which is often used
to enforce restrictions physically). Physical attributes should
be expressed with the width, tracktype  and surface tag.
