Thank you! That's what I meant by "culturally equivalent" in my other
post regarding living streets and bicycle boulevards. Now, I could be
wrong (I'm on Amtrak right now and can't do a quick once-over on
the wiki), but there's no widely accepted tag for a bicycle boulevard.
There is, however, a tag that means "this street has been severely gamed
to make it uncomfortable for motorists for the benefit of nonmotorized
use." If it's only intended for travel to local destinations,
highlighting this fact with access=destination would be more appropriate
than trying to declare that we're out of synch with Europe (yes, we
know...thanks for sending us your best and brightest in the 1700s to
start the party!).
