[OSM-newbies] Translations ala web

Hi,

Is there any web gui for translating like launchpad for openstreetmap. 
Perhaps a web gui could be useful for translating a bulk of names at 
once. Instead of localezing first the object, check if there are 
translated or not and translate.

If you look it right, can I upload the names to launchpad and start 
translating that? Where can I find all the names in one region?
