Go for it.  There's a number of schools mapped in Salem, as they do make
useful landmarks and not all schools are laid out in a manner that would
make sense to guests or (especially) delivery drivers who need to stick
to specific routes through campus.

One example of a campus that's mapped in a fair amount of detail (albeit
a college):
