[OSM-newbies] Two questions

Now when I finally got around to do the actual tagging I have another question: 
The restriction (access=destination) is only valid for certain types of 
vehicles. On one road you're not allowed to pass through in a car or on a 
motorcycle while you are allowed to pass through on foot or bike. On another 
road you're allowed to pass through with anything except a heavy goods vehicle 
(hgv).
