Okay I find out now, that the OSM-map is reacting much quicker on my
edits then I thought earlier.

This is quite handy, I put it in my bookmarks. It takes quite some
hazzle to find all the tools I need in the osm-garage ! So can't I still
not find a way in JOSM via ctrl-F "type:way id:6540586". But I happened
to get it now via:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/6540586
I can see the nodenumber in JOSM if I am pointing to a node, but I don't
see a way to get the waynumber by pointing or hihgligting a way in JOSM.

Gr, Rik
