I would not call it instant gratification, Render can still take some
time, partially if the system has recently rendered that area at that
zoom level. The ramp seams to be showing up now at most zoom levels.
So while it may sometimes look instant, if it does not turn up
straight away, have a cup of tea as try again. (Its no longer a week,
but may be upto a few hours depending on server load)
