Thanks David,

Thats what I thought would be the case, I have used the maxspeed tag before
in other situations where a road doesn't have a default speed limit so I'm
aware of the "NN mph" gotcha.

Looks like I have a lot of roads in my area to update, it will give me
something to do :)
