Yep, I think it looks just right!

Regarding the question of whether roads should be split on  
adminstrative boundaries, this is something that client programs of  
the database really *ought* to be able to do automatically, so in  
theory it's not something that should be done by users (it will likely  
be incompletely done, anyway.)
