:) Reminds me of a story.

My business partner came back from a trip where he drove from Pittsburgh, 
PA into Ohio, apparently on the Penn Turnpike (I-76), with a similar story 
about speed limits going from 60 down to 40 and back up again every mile or 
two. When I went back with him on the next trip, I saw that he failed to 
notice that the 40 signs said "minimum", not "maximum" :)

Do remember to tag minspeed where it applies - people driving farming 
equipment might use OSM, too. There's this, too:
