[OSM-newbies] Yahoo satellite imagery

I have used JOSM for some time, but I have not made use of Yahoo satellite imagery until now, using my own GPS data instead.

JOSM Edit>Preferences>wmsplugin has a More details link: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/JOSM/Plugins/WMSPlugin, from which I downloaded the webkit-image.zip file from that page and extracted its contents into the same folder as my josm-tested.jar file, version 2255.
The page instructions then read, "Do 'WMS' menu -> YAHOO (Webkit)". However, my WMS drop-down menu reads, in order, "Landsat, Landsat, NPE Maps, Open Aerial Map, and Yahoo Sat".
I selected 'Yahoo Sat' for my area (near Reading, England), and tiles with the text, "We're sorry, the data you have requested in unavailable. Please zoom out to see more information or refresh your browser to try again." appeared. I tried another area, in London, and the satellite imagery loaded satisfactorily, covering the whole screen.
My resulting questions are:
1. Is the OpenStreetMap WMS plugins' page incorrect when it refers to 'YAHOO (Webkit)', or am I missing something?
2. Does the Yahoo satellite imagery not cover the whole of the United Kingdom, say?
3. If so, is there anywhere where one can find a coverage map?
