I did a search on "shelter", and came up with a "German" page. It looks
pretty much like they have set up "amenity=shelter" as camping shelters, a
rather restrictive definition in my opinion. Most of the discussions on
that page are a year old.
Not being very fluent in German (well I had a semester in college, but
that was close to 50 years ago), I haven't monitored talk-de. Can you
summarize any consensus in this area from talk-de?
