[OSM-newbies] Oneway street, but not for everyone

I know of a street where cars and above are permitted in one direction only, but motorbikes and below are allowed in both. The traffic signs are the normal oneway types with exception hints below.
How do I tag that?
And another case:
I know a motorway with a combination of cycle lane and cycle path, restricted to the same direction as the motorway lanes and on one side of them only.
They render wrong, no wonder.
How can I tag this monster?
------------------- (A 16, Switzerland)
- - - - - - - - - - --oneway-->
-------============
------------------- --oneway-->
^-cycle lane/path -^
Nearby there is a motorway bridge with attached cycle/footpath. (non-directional)
How do I do that?
-------------------
- - - - - - - - - - --oneway-->
===================
------------------- <--non-directional-->
^-cycle-/footpath -^
And every now and again I find streets with a time-scheduled oneway-restriction (8:00-19:00, upwards from :45-:10, downwards from :20-:35 and only on weekends and holidays)
A whole lot of mess to tag - how?
Thanks
Thomas
