I think the conceived way of mapping the differences  is to map the 
outline of "large" buildings & POI "small" ones. Obviously, this is if 
you have time permitting & what your definition of large/small is.

That is what I'm trying to do. I have a postal sorting depot in my city 
that's marked with a single tag making it look like a little village 
post office, when in fact it takes up a big footprint for that part of town.

To me: Multiples cinemas = large. Single screen cinemas = small.
