[OSM-newbies] Statues, and small square - tagging?

I'd say historic=statue

So are cars allowed to drive around on it? Either way, I'd still just
tag it as the appropriate highway type (probably unclassified) and add
area = yes, surface = paved like you did. Don't worry that it renders
incorrectly, perhaps a bug needs be filed?
