  Relations are quite strightforward, don;t let anyone put you off.
In your example, select the way that's wrong. It will have a red "halo"
Around it showing that it is part of a relation.
Under the description of the road there is a grey rectangle with ncn3 in
It. Simply click on the X on the end to remove it.
Done!
Do it with Edit Offline first and then save the change.
