[OSM-newbies] Pedestrian Crosswalk

Is there a tag for a simple pedestrian crosswalk? The closest I can
find would be what is called a zebra crossing, but this is described
as an uncontrolled crossing, but then it describes the crossing as
having flashing amber globes controlling the crossing.

What about a painted crosswalk with no lighting? Here's a streetview

This is a truly uncontrolled crossing, which is very common in this area.

Wikipedia lists a Zebra crossing as possibly being just paint on the
road surface, and not necessarily having lights associated. Perhaps
the description of a Zebra crossing in the example section of the
Key:crossing page needs to be adjusted.
