[OSM-newbies] roundabouts--> inside

Hi,

how can I tag the "inside" of the roundabout. I don't mean the 
junction=roundabout. I mean the "area" inside the highway: sometimes 
with grass, sometimes with sculptures..... all of these have a common tag?
