So there is no general rule: landuse=grass, landuse= gravel, etc. 
depending on surface?

I was refering to something like:

area=yes
landuse=roundabout ????
surface=grass/gravel/....
+ add sculptures, etc.

what we should put in landuse. There is no common for that?
