While in Schaumburg recently, I found the TIGER import data to be
woefully incorrect. Most of the road geometry was no where near the
real locations. It was sometimes difficult to figure out which road
segment was supposed to match up with the real roads on the ground
while looking at Potlatch with Yahoo imagery behind it.

Our CANVEC data is of a slightly higher quality, but still could do
with alignment in most cases that I have seen.

No one data set is perfect, each one has it's own set of issues.
