[OSM-newbies] Download enclosed area in JOSM

No, the API does only allow rectangular areas to be downloaded. However 
you can create a group of rectangles and make JOSM download these all at 
once:

Just download 2 or more areas and save to file. Remove all data and use 
that file as template.

You can open it in JOSM and run 'update'.
