[OSM-newbies] Mapnik Rendering Issue?

I've been doing some mapping (via Potlatch) in this area 
(<http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=51.34846&lon=0.51374&zoom=15&layers=B000FTF>) 
this evening. I'm not seeing my changes in the Mapnik rendering.

Taking one of the tiles involved at that zoom level...

If I look at 
<http://c.tile.openstreetmap.org/15/16430/10918.png/status>, it says: 
'Tile is clean. Last rendered at Sat Feb 13 15:01:58 2010'.

I then change 'status' to dirty': 
<http://c.tile.openstreetmap.org/15/16430/10918.png/dirty>. It reports: 
'Tile submitted for rendering'.

However, if I then look at 
<http://c.tile.openstreetmap.org/15/16430/10918.png/status> again, it 
still says: 'Tile is clean. Last rendered at Sat Feb 13 15:01:58 2010'.

Does this indicate a problem on the server?
