Hi, Sayed,

It's not an easy question.

First, we have to know how many companies / organizations / agencies do have 
aerial images for Egypt.

Then, we have to ask them is it's OK to draw OSM data on top of them. There 
are licensing issues that are not clear at first sight.


Anyway, please read http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Egypt and get in touch 
with other openstreetmappers in Egypt - they may know more about this.
