Via OpenLayer Gallery [http://gallery.openlayers.org/] I discovered
ShowYourPlaces [http://syp.renevier.net/]. It seems it's a good tool.
It's written in PHP. I want a similar tool in GUI way (gnome or
something else).

Ideally, I want a bash program (in python) for example that with three
files: gpx file (or csv of gps plots), list of photos location, and list
of comments generates a web page (a local web server) for displaying
this information via openstreetmap, via google maps, etc.... but it
implies programming in API... and it's too difficult for me.

Thanks a lot all of you for your suggestions...
Xan.
