[OSM-newbies] WMS of Catastro (spain)

Hi,

Catastro is the official institution of spain registring buildings.... 
It has official APIS 
[http://www.catastro.meh.es/esp/servicios_destacados1.asp#menu5] (spanish)

I followed the page 
[http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Spain_Potential_Datasources], but it 
did not work with the latest version of JOSM. It seems the API is wrong. 
Can anyone help me? It were good for editing streets with JOSM...
