[OSM-newbies] Rendered two ways; why?

Open street map, already have that, kind of.

Using the osmarender or the bikemap I get only signs for public 
parkings, with mapnik thou it's a litte different. So there is one 
renderer configured to your likine and one, that changed, i don't think 
the light blue signs been visible that long.
