The issue has come up before. It's not impossible, but it's also not trivial.
What would need to happen is for someone to create a new icon that
would be usable in the map. Some have suggested a generic headstone,
for example.
But if we rendered a Jewish cemetery differently- what symbol do you
think would be most appropriate? A Magen David? To support that, the
religion would need to specified. This could be done (it's not
impossible at all), just like it's done for place of worship:

The issue, again, is that there would need to be some work done to
make the various icons, and well as change the renderer.
I know at least one other person was working on a generic gravestone
symbol. Do you think this is a good idea?
