I'm on my cell at the moment, but most mediawiki installations have a "move" command to let you change a page's name.

Subject: [OSM-newbies] help with proposing a feature

Although I've been mapping for a year now, I'm still a newbie when it
comes to proposing new features. As in, I'm trying it for the first
time. And I have a technical problem I need help with.

I began developing a proposal to tag facilities for filling bike/auto
tires/tyres, and got the draft set up without problems at

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/air_pump

However, while waiting for a friend to draft a proposed icon for
displaying nodes that might be tagged with the new proposal, and then
begin the request for comments, someone found the draft and made a
number of excellent suggestions, including one that I change the name
from air_pump to air_filling as a more universal term. I've now
redrafted the proposal to include the suggestions, including this one.
I think there would be less confusion if I could change the URL for
the proposal to

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/air_filling

However, I can't figure out how to do this. Can anyone help?
Obviously, once the request for comments begins, I would want to leave
the URL stable even if better terminology is suggested. But because
this hasn't started, I think it would be good to change it.

Ed
