Multi-use? So, bike and pedestrians, joggers, roller skates?
highway=cycleway
foot=yes
-or-
highway=footway
cycle=yes
Then add as appropriate some or all of:
surface=paved # or actual surface type
name=* # if it is a named trail
ncn_ref/rcn_ref/lcn_ref=* # national/regional/local cycle network
reference number if their is a trail number
