[OSM-newbies] how to label a multi-use bicycle/footpath in Canada

If it's a trail you can use highway=path cycleway=track this is one of the
most controversial discussion and any of the previously mentioned are used

highway=cycleway
foot=yes

-or-

highway=footway
cycle=yes

Then add as appropriate some or all of:

surface=paved # or actual surface type
name=* # if it is a named trail
ncn_ref/rcn_ref/lcn_ref=* # national/regional/local cycle network
reference number if their is a trail number
