[OSM-newbies] Implicit properties

I proposed a project to get rid of that unlucky situation.
Up to now, usability and legal access restrictions are messed up in the descriptions in the wiki. Some like it, others don't. So data is interpreted differently.

We'll see whether someday we can get rid of such ambiguities.
Be patient, though.

I suggest you tag strictly following the descriptions on the wiki.
If we do shit, let's do it everywhere, consistently.
