[OSM-newbies] tag for "lightning conductor" (pararayosin spanish)

I know similar rods in public place (yeah it's true) and in top of 
antennas. Most of them are on the ground. For this reason I was 
interested in tagging that.

So this is not so microtagging. It's an intermezzo-tagging? ;-)
