But the short answer is this.  Yes, you may print a map on a catalog
showing the location of a business, as long as you attribute
OpenStreetMap and the OSM license correctly.  "Correctly" varies a bit
depending on what you do.

If you use a screenshot from the osm.org mapnik layer now, you should include

"Map and data ©2010 OpenStreetMap and contributors CC-By-SA"

And it would be ideal to place that text right on the map.
