[OSM-newbies] mkgmap error

I've seen this error ever since I've added this park area to the map.  I've
tried examining the nodes and ways there to see what's wrong but I can't
figure out out.  I normally use JOSM but can try Potlatch if it shows the
problem better.  Any pointers appreciated.  I'm assuming it's some kind of
double-node or out of spec connections I've made not a problem with mkgmap
or I'd ask somewhere else.
