As long as you don't try to process all 500 in 15 minutes, you're 
unlikely to hit any limits on Nominatim. One query per second max is the 
generally the limit (although if it's one per second, 24 hours per day, 
7 days a week that might be different), so if you're doing the queries 
using a script, just remember to stick a sleep() in there after each one.

The MapQuest instance of Nominatim has no such limit as far as I know, 
and it's also being kept up to date regularly, as far as I'm aware.
