[OSM-newbies] Delayed rendering of tiles

[H.S.Rai]

After doing editing, few tiles are rendered instantly, but other
remain in old state. I tried by browsing that area, cleared cache, but
it remain as such even after more than a couple of hours.

Areas is:

Is there any way to resolve this issue?
