Subject: [OSM-newbies] JOSM: Setting fontsize when displaying data

  Hello everyone,

I'm new to OSM and i have a question regarding JOSM: How can I set the
fontsize when displaying OSM-data in JOSM ? I cannot read the
descriptive text at nodes because it is very tiny. My version of JOSM is
3514, my OS is Win XP and my Java-version is 1.6.0_16.

  Thanks a lot

First you need to open the preferences panel (hit F12 or from the menu Edit > Preferences)

Then at the bottom left of this panel you will see the advanced preferences icon (it looks like a page with a spanner / wrench on it), click that icon

Search for mappaint.fontsize and edit the value, try a size of 12

Click OK, and that's it

David
