[OSM-newbies] resetting password for JOSM edits

When I upgraded to JOSM 3514 the plugins no longer worked until I
uninstalled JOSM then deleted the folder and reinstalled.  Which of
course meant I lost the embedded password.  The password I used was
unlike any other of my passwords since it is sent in clear text rather
than SSL.  Yes I do normally use the token method but that got zapped
as well.

I need to reset the password but OSM apparently has multiple accounts
and passwords.

Where can I reset the password used by JOSM to upload edits?  How long
does it take before OAuth and JOSM can use the new password?
