[OSM-newbies] Primary roads not visible

It happens quite often that Mapnik is faster in updating than
Osmarender. I guess it either rerenders more often, or is more likely
to rerender in reaction to an edit. Notice also that on Mapnik, if you
zoom out far, the road disappears whereas other primary roads are
still shown - apparently those have not been rerendered yet.
