[OSM-newbies] Is there any tag for say "seeing in"?

Yes, the problem is the timeline. Thanks AlfonZ for the word ;-)
Serge, could be solved with timeline? Really is it complicate to solve. 
But it helps if we create good tag. The problem is how.!!!
