Thanks, this answers my question.
Are there any OpenStreetMap APIs (internal not like CloudMade) which provide
services like CloudMade, Geocoding / Routing / Directions/ ... ?

Yes.
Changes made to the OpenStreetMap database are available to other
mappers immediately. Other services, outside of the OpenStreetMap
database, will consume and process updates from OpenStreetMap on a
schedule that they determine. Some services process updates from
OpenStreetMap within minutes or hours. Other services process updates
from OpenStreetMap within days or weeks.
To find the schedule used by a specific service you should ask them.
