[OSM-newbies] possible to get OSM maps with contours on Garmin GPS?

Thank you for the replies gents.

I'm looking for digital maps of Chile with contour information.

As I'm a bit pushed for time (we're leaving next week and still lots
to organise) I was hoping to find pre-built maps, so I looked into
http://osm.blog.mantlik.cz/ with great expectations - unfortunately
distribution seems to be an issue and the torrent download speed it
won't be downloaded before next week...

Other providers of pre-compiled Garmin maps listed on
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Map_On_Garmin/Download#Worldwide
provide contours only for European countries, so I'm a bit stuck.
