[OSM-newbies] Capturing a simple home or residential dwelling in Potlatch

Potlatch2 does have a pre-set for buildings.  (At least for polygons.)

Using the Simple menu, select the drop-down that says 'unknown'.  You can
then select the 'Buildings' category and the 'Buliding' item.
