[OSM-newbies] Bing Image Quality

That's excellent news!  Now I just hope it doesn't take them 5 years to get it.  Open source doesn't exactly get a good reception in my area (people aren't very technically literate and are easily sold on simply Microsoft solutions) so anything that I can do to ease the experience for users that might be coming into the OpenStreetmap data seems like a good thing, at least to provide them with a quick response when they report a bug in the area.
