[OSM-newbies] How to vote on the wiki

How does one vote on the wiki?  Looking at the page http://wiki.OpenStreetMap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Infant_care_shop, there is a Vote section at the bottom of the page, but no obvious way to cast a vote.  Do you simply edit the wiki page, or am I overlooking something?
