[OSM-newbies] Help Needed regarding data transfer from GPS to JOSM

Thanks Nishant,
We are using Windows XP.
We are now getting the waypoints using JOSM in gpx format. Now we want to
upload this points to OSM. But the upload option is being found disabled for
gpx format. What to do ?
