Were you trying to upload the points with josm? If so, I suspect there
is a bug in recent josm versions: I too found that the upload mechanism
in josm failed. However, I don't recognise "disabled" so that might be
a different problem.

Instead, just upload them directly from your osm homepage: there is a
tab marked something like "upload traces". That should work.
